Dinosaurs and Birds

There were scientists to believed that dinosaurs are not technically extinct. People who have studied birds consider them to be descendants of dinosaurs. Their skeletal structure is very similar. But this was only a theory. After studying the clavicles of the two, Gerhard Heilmann showed us that this couldn't be true. He then concluded with another theory of another origin of birds: the Thecondont (meaning 'socket-toothed') reptiles.
